At GoodBulb, we believe light can change lives.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to support purchasing, bookkeeping, and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in systems, enjoys working within ERP software, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping us build scalable processes as we grow.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing & InventoryCreate, manage, and track purchase orders within our ERP systemCommunicate with suppliers on pricing, timelines, and order issuesBookkeeping & Financial SupportAccurately enter and reconcile financial transactionsManage accounts payable and receivableAssist with invoicing, payments, and expense trackingSupport monthly financial close and reporting processesAdministrative & Systems SupportMaintain clean, accurate, and well-organized data across systemsAssist with order processing and internal coordinationSupport day-to-day office operationsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiencyQualifications1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, purchasing, administrative, or similar rolesStrong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systemsExperience working with ERP systems or other business software platformsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesClear communication skills and a team-first mindsetNice to Have (Not Required)Experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo)Background in inventory management or supply chain operationsExperience in a small or rapidly growing business environmentWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in getting things rightA systems-minded thinker who enjoys working within software and improving processesA dependable team member who can operate independently and follow throughSomeone excited to grow with a small company and take on increasing responsibility over timeBenefitsStable, full-time position with consistent hours (M–F, in-office)Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyHands-on experience across multiple areas of the businessDirect impact on improving systems and operationsCompany DescriptionA career at GoodBulb is an opportunity to be part of something special.
