Job Details

We are currently seeking a Spa Service Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of spa and hot tub systems in Bismarck, ND. This role is hands-on and includes both mechanical repairs and customer-facing service work. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay starts at $24/hour + depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair spa and hot tub equipment
• Replace or service pumps, control systems, and sensors
• Perform water care testing and troubleshooting
• Drain and refill hot tubs as needed
• Assist with product deliveries (1 day per week)
• Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or similar field preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
