Full-Time Administrative Assistant (32 hours)

The Community Engagement & Advancement Team is the heart of CCRI's connection to the community. Through storytelling, relationship building, fundraising, event planning, volunteer engagement, and advertising, the team amplifies CCRI's mission and impact. Every interaction deepens CCRI's community roots and furthers opportunities for those we support.

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Community Engagement and Advancement team, contributing to the efficient operation of programs and the advancement of the agency's mission. This position primarily supports the Director and Assistant Director by coordinating schedules, assisting with outreach efforts, coordinating logistics for fundraising events, and supporting volunteer engagement. Through strong organization, communication, and collaboration, the Administrative Assistant helps ensure effective CEA team operations and quality support for the individuals and communities served. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current car insurance, meet insurability standards, pass a background check, and have an internet-enabled device. Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language is required.

What are the hours?

  • 32 hours per week
  • Flexible Monday–Friday 8 A.M. –5 P.M.
