Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $26.00-$32.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Full-time Hours

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder/Fabricator workers for a manufacturing and fabrication company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll manufacture custom components and equipment from design drawings while supporting a safe and efficient fabrication shop. If you enjoy hands-on welding work, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality products, this could be a great fit. • Interpret shop drawings and lay out materials for fabrication projects
• Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly of components and finished products
• Collaborate with CAD personnel to improve manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Organize, store, and manage materials and equipment used in production
• Safely operate mobile equipment and fabrication tools as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Welder/Fabricator Role:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to the Fargo area
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
