These facilities cross-dock cartons and pallets, receive inventory, and hold and organize products for store replenishment and E-Commerce fulfillment.The Supply Chain Specialist supports the daily execution of this network. This position serves as the primary Scheels point of contact for one of our facilities, making sure the systems are operational, purchase orders are set up correctly, the teams know the plan ahead of time, and the follow-up happens to confirm it's getting done. This position teaches teams how to use our systems, sets clear expectations, and supports the inventory management practices that keep our numbers accurate and our product flowing.This position helps guide our facility partners alongside the Warehouse Operations Leader and the broader team, leads weekly meetings to teach and give feedback, and serves as the daily connection point between the facility and the rest of Scheels: buyers, stores, E-Commerce, Logistics, IT, Vendor Compliance, and Accounts Payable.We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys pushing things across the finish line.
