Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. This full-time position requires operating a sit-down forklift and utilizing RF scanners to manage inventory effectively. You will be responsible for handling various material movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, stacking, and loading/unloading trailers.ResponsibilitiesOperate a sit-down forklift efficiently and safely.Push, pull, lift, stack, and move products within the warehouse.Utilize RF Scanner for inventory management.Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently.Perform inbound receiving tasks with precision.Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.Essential SkillsProficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.Experience with RF Scanner and hand scanner technology.Strong material handling skills.Competency in warehouse inventory and distribution automation system software.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 75lbs seed bags on a daily basis.High school diploma or equivalent.Why Work Here?Join a supportive team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Employees are expected to follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 5:45 am to 3:15 pm. The role involves daily physical activity including lifting seed bags, which can vary in quantity based on shipment demands.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
