Warehouse CoordinatorWe're hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and tool operations for a growing mechanical construction operation in Fargo. This is a highly independent role for someone who knows how to keep a warehouse organized, inventory accurate, and tools and materials moving where they need to go.This position will often work independently at the Fargo warehouse while staying closely connected with local project teams and additional operations support. We're looking for someone who is confident taking ownership of the warehouse, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping things running without requiring constant direction.What You'll be Doing:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, organization, and inventoryCoordinate tool and consumable orders to ensure field teams receive what they need accurately and on timeReceive incoming shipments, verify materials, and ensure items are properly storedMaintain accurate inventory counts and proactively identify restocking needsTag, barcode, and track tools and equipment using inventory management softwareCoordinate tool issuance, returns, repairs, rentals, and replacementsOrder tools, consumables, and other warehouse supplies as neededMaintain accurate records within tool and inventory tracking systemsPlan ahead for upcoming material and equipment needs to keep orders moving efficientlyWork closely with field teams, vendors, suppliers, and other warehouse and logistics personnelCoordinate and complete local deliveries of tools and materials as neededLoad, secure, transport, and unload tools and materials safelyMaintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouseIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiencyWho We're Looking For:Strong warehouse coordination, inventory management, or logistics experience2+ years of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferredComfortable independently managing day-to-day warehouse priorities with limited onsite supervisionStrong understanding of inventory control, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse organizationExperience with inventory management, tool-tracking, or warehouse software preferredMechanical construction or construction warehouse experience is a plusHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for directionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust quickly when priorities changeComfortable working with vendors, suppliers, field personnel, and remote support teamsStrong computer skills and ability to learn new systemsDependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyValid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehiclesWhat Our Client Offers:$29–$31/hourFull-time, long-term opportunityHigh level of independence and ownership over day-to-day warehouse operationsOpportunity to support major construction projects and field operationsCollaborative support from local project teams and an established warehouse and logistics teamTraining and professional development opportunitiesEstablished company with long-term career growth potential
