enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise. The role defines strategy, oversees end-to-end quality activities, and guides technical teams.

It does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution. Ideal candidates will oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing, with experience in test data management and data-validation tools.
